About The Position
Responsible for playing a critical role in shaping the structure and operating model within our large, dynamic retail organization. This strategic leader partners with executives and HR business partners to design and implement organizational frameworks that enable agility, scalability, and performance across all business units. Responsible for driving enterprise-wide initiatives and ensures that the company’s structure aligns with its strategic goals, enhances customer experience, and supports talent development. Leverages data-driven insights, change management expertise, and deep knowledge of retail operations to optimize workforce capabilities, streamline decision-making, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
