About The Position
10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable organizational design specialists based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered organizational systems. In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true organizational design reasoning, authentic procedures, and practical approaches. Rather than conducting traditional organizational design work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about organizational design at scale.
Requirements
- Experienced organizational design specialist who instinctively spots gaps in design reasoning and understands the complex realities of organizational transformation
- Based in the EU or UK
- Senior-level organizational design specialist with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
- Experienced in advising on, planning, and implementing organizational transformation and design projects
- Skilled at evaluating design processes, organizational requirements, and compliance
- Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
Nice To Haves
- Have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your main job or consulting projects
Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to organizational structures, operating models, change processes, and practical aspects of organizational design
- Evaluate AI responses for design accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
- Draft realistic organizational design scenarios based on your direct professional experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. design specialist, client, leadership, or HR)
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated design content
