The Organizational Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring the success of Euna Solutions' Enterprise Customer Programs (ECP) implementations. This is a new role at Euna and offers a unique opportunity to influence the development of an Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy across a wide range of projects, with potential to impact teams and initiatives across the company. The position is responsible for developing and executing OCM strategies that enable state agencies and large public sector customers to adopt new grant management systems effectively. The role will support ECP project teams and customer stakeholders in managing the people side of change, including business processes, system adoption, and cultural transformation.
