You Will: The Organizational Change Management SME will demonstrate and provide organizational change and business transformation. They will transform federal agencies by identifying and providing process design functions and organizational structure. They will also be a visionary with a strategy and delivery focus – ranging from how ideas/offerings can disrupt/propel our client’s business to setting strategic direction, expectations with clients and supervisors to establish goals for area of responsibility. The Work: Will have the ability to proactively identify and build new client relationships and work to strengthen existing relationships at target clients Identify and engage in strategic opportunities and drive new capabilities into target areas Stand up and lead resulting projects with strong delivery skills and client interaction Possesses strong executive presence and credibility at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters; be a trusted advisor Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments and is comfortable with fast paced projects and high-pressure settings Has the flexibility to be capable of working independently as well as managing teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture Ability to enter new client environments and produce results using practical skills that are easily transported between different industries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years demonstrated experience supporting large complex cabinet level agencies operating in a decentralized environment
• 5 years supporting organizational change management activities with diverse organizations and varying missions
• Experience developing, delivering and overseeing training activities using varying methods of delivery
• Experience of at least 5 years developing and providing internal program change management communications for a large complex Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) implementation
• 2 years of Momentum experience
• Demonstrated and certified expertise in training, change management, and communications
