The Senior Program Manager (Change Management) plays a critical role in driving strategic change initiatives that deliver on our objective to establish a modular, interoperable, and scalable system capable of enhancing safety, efficiency, and adaptability in a complex, multi-domain environment with global impact. This position entails leading large-scale, complex programs from conception through completion, ensuring they align with and advance the organization's strategic goals. The Senior Program Manager provides visionary leadership, and optimizes resource utilization. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to influence and collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. To be successful in this role, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) skillset required will encompass business process re-engineering, organizational change strategy, people management, and executive presence.
