Edwards is seeking a Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM) to join our internal OCM team. Our OCM team functions as a collaborative internal consulting group driving strategic initiatives across multiple Business Units, regions, and functions. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across a wide range of functional areas within our multibillion‑dollar global organization. This role will lead strategic, enterprise‑wide organizational development and change management initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate brings a management consulting background with a strong track record of guiding cross‑functional teams through high‑visibility, fast‑paced strategic projects. As the Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM), this leader will partner closely with Executive Leadership, HR Leaders, and key business stakeholders to address the people and organizational factors essential to Edwards’ continued growth. This position is based onsite at our Irvine headquarters.
