Organizational Change Management Specialist The Opportunity: Whether it’s process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, organizational change management comes down to one thing: learning how an organization works and making it better. This is an opportunity to create efficiency for a government client. On the Identity Credential & Access Management services (ICAM) team, you’ll use your expertise to evaluate current ICAM processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to streamline operations. This role offers a unique chance to directly contribute to national security by enhancing the efficiency of critical operations. Work with us as we lead change in government. This is a highly client-centric role, you will interface with stakeholders and collaborate with ICAM workstream leads and developers. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working within high-growth teams or projects
  • 3+ years of experience with risk assessment and management, including enterprise-wide Change Management strategies
  • Experience working on teams using Scrum or Agile methodologies
  • Experience with process improvement through the development or streamlining of complex workflows
  • Experience assessing and translating organizational challenges or risk factors into actionable recommendations for key stakeholders
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DoD mission systems
  • Experience with development teams working across multiple operational environments and enclaves
  • Experience planning for and executing change, including automated analytical tools to optimize processes
  • Experience providing expert-level briefings to external stakeholders or senior leaders
  • Possession of excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Master’s degree
