Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in quality engineering and testing leadership
• Solid background in test execution and defect management
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and business collaboration
• Experience with enterprise application testing and customer-facing releases
• Excellent communication skills and ability to balance quality with business priorities

• Exposure to customer support or service-oriented environments
• Familiarity with cross-functional program coordination
• Experience with training coordination and user adoption planning

• Lead test planning, strategy, and execution for enterprise applications

• Manage defect identification, root cause analysis, and risk-based testing
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align change management strategies
• Coordinate release planning, deployment, and customer cutover activities
• Drive organizational readiness and training coordination for user adoption
• Support agile and DevOps testing practices across multi-disciplinary teams
