About The Position

Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support a large-scale transformation program. This role will focus on aligning Training, Communications, Readiness, and Support workstreams to ensure a successful project rollout and operational readiness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
  • Strong knowledge of readiness assessments and change management methodologies
  • Experience working in complex project environments
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility with stakeholders and project teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance day-to-day issue resolution with long-term strategic planning
  • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Assess progress across Training, Communications, Readiness, and Support teams
  • Ensure all workstreams remain aligned with overall project goals and timelines
  • Identify adoption risks, performance gaps, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership and key stakeholders
  • Keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and prepared for project implementation
  • Oversee readiness assessments and post-implementation support planning
  • Lead and coordinate multiple teams consisting of internal and vendor staff
  • Track deliverables and ensure alignment with PMO milestones
  • Prepare status updates, reports, and project documentation
  • Support project continuity and organizational readiness efforts
