About The Position

Sprezzatura is seeking an experienced Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) resource to lead management, communications, training, and adoption activities supporting the implementation of a modernized financial and budget application for a federal client. This is a hands-on lead position responsible for developing and executing the change management approach while also directly producing communications, training/readiness materials, and other OCM deliverables. The Lead will work closely with business stakeholders and functional and technical teams to prepare users for new processes, workflows, roles, and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 7+ years of organizational change management, communications, training, or user-adoption experience supporting complex technology or business transformation programs, preferably within the federal government
  • Experience with stakeholder/change-impact assessments, communications, training development, readiness, and adoption
  • Experience supporting implementation and rollout of enterprise applications or workflow-based platforms
  • Strong facilitation, writing, presentation, and stakeholder-engagement skills
  • Experience working within Agile or iterative implementation environments
  • Ability to meet applicable Federal background investigation/security requirements
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the program's organizational change management, communications, training, and adoption activities
  • Conduct stakeholder, change-impact, and organizational-readiness assessments and translate findings into actionable change activities
  • Develop plans and execute stakeholder communications and engagement activities throughout implementation and rollout
  • Develop role-based training strategies, materials, job aids, and other user-support resources
  • Coordinate and support train-the-trainer, end-user training, rollout, and hypercare/readiness activities
  • Partner with functional and technical teams to understand upcoming changes and translate them into clear user-facing communications and training
  • Identify adoption risks, resistance, readiness gaps, and stakeholder concerns and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Establish and track readiness, training, communications, and adoption measures
  • Provide hands-on OCM support throughout implementation and continuously improve the change approach based on stakeholder feedback and adoption results
