About The Position

We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support OCM activities for web modernization and governance initiatives. This remote role involves coordinating stakeholder communications, readiness, and adoption activities. The analyst will be responsible for developing various user support materials, assisting with training coordination, and collaborating with diverse teams. A key aspect of this role is tracking risks, stakeholder concerns, and adoption barriers to ensure smooth transitions during large-scale organizational or digital transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training, or project coordination.
• Experience supporting large-scale organizational or digital transformation initiatives.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in higher education, public sector, or large enterprise environments.
• Experience with web governance, website modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, intake workflows, or ServiceNow processes.
• Prosci or ADKAR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support OCM activities for web modernization and governance initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, readiness, and adoption activities.
• Develop job aids, FAQs, presentations, and user documentation.
• Assist with training coordination and process documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
