About The Position

Service Credit Union is seeking a full-time Organization Development Specialist who is passionate about helping people grow, building engaging learning experiences, and making a real impact across the organization. This role involves designing and delivering impactful learning experiences, assessing training needs, supporting company-wide initiatives, and creating dynamic training materials. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, and people champion with experience in training, coaching, or employee development, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to connect with employees at all levels. Requirements

  • Experience in training, coaching, or employee development
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to connect with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Creativity and enthusiasm
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in training or organizational development

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver impactful learning experiences for employees and leaders (in-person and virtual)
  • Assess training needs and analyze results to continuously improve development programs
  • Support companywide initiatives like mentoring, coaching, job shadowing, and leadership development
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions on a variety of topics for staff and management
  • Create dynamic training materials, presentations, guides, and job aids
  • Partner with managers to support team development, career pathing, and employee growth
  • Bring fresh ideas, research trends, recommend speakers, and enhance programs
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make meaningful improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
