The Organic Social Media Specialist helps execute BARBRI’s organic social strategy across multiple lines of business and platforms. This position involves daily content publishing, community engagement, social listening, trend research, and performance tracking. 50% of this role includes supporting BARBRI’s Professional Education and LinkedIn growth strategy, while also contributing to broader BARBRI content across Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Threads and other emerging platforms. As part of BARBRI’s collaborative Creative Brand Team, you will contribute to brand awareness, customer engagement, organic traffic, AI visibility and company culture through delivering consistent, high-quality campaigns executed across BARBRI’s multi-channel ecosystem. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple product lines, stakeholders, and weekly priorities.
