You’ll own the day-to-day organic social execution for a portfolio of client accounts, managing content calendars, writing and publishing posts, and ensuring each brand shows up in a way that is platform-native, consistent, and strategically aligned to client goals. You’ll translate broader marketing objectives into always-on organic content strategies, balancing planned campaigns, evergreen content, and real-time opportunities across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels. You’ll proactively identify trends, cultural moments, and competitive insights to inform content ideation and optimization, ensuring our clients remain relevant and engaging in fast-moving social environments. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media, Creative, Owned Media, and Client Strategy teams to bring integrated campaigns to life while maintaining strong attention to brand voice, approvals, and publishing accuracy. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring performance, building client-ready reports, and translating analytics into actionable recommendations that improve engagement, reach, and overall content effectiveness. As a client-facing executional lead, you’ll participate in calls, provide content and performance updates, and build trust through proactive communication and high-quality delivery. Additionally, you may support community management, social listening, lightweight creative production, and assist with influencer and creator coordination to strengthen organic programs.
