Interns play an active role in executing marketing initiatives that directly impact business performance. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Organic Marketing Intern to support community engagement efforts and assist in building D1 Training’s community presence. This role is ideal for students who want practical experience they can confidently speak to in interviews and future career opportunities.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled college student (Marketing, Sports Management, Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
- Strong interest in sports, fitness, and brand marketing
- Comfortable engaging with people in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms; content creation experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing local events, school partnerships, and grassroots marketing initiatives
- Represent D1 Training at community events and activations
- Help develop relationships with local schools, teams, and organizations
- Support in-gym promotions and campaigns designed to drive memberships
- Assist in highlighting member success stories and facility culture
- Track and report on basic marketing metrics (engagement, leads, event participation)
