About The Position

Jerry.ai is seeking an Organic Growth Lead to oversee the quality and output of content on jerry.ai and external platforms. This role is crucial for building a system that establishes Jerry as an authoritative source across all customer touchpoints. The position involves leading content strategy, managing an AI-powered content production pipeline, and ensuring content credibility at scale, with a strong focus on driving customer acquisition through organic search and answer engine optimization (AEO).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Editorial taste with an understanding of engaging and compelling writing for both humans and LLMs.
Insatiable desire to learn about rapidly evolving domains like answer engines and content optimization for AI.
Passion for AI and proficiency as an LLM power user for drafting, research, synthesis, automation, and amplification.
Ability to set and enforce editorial standards with a zero-tolerance accuracy standard for YMYL finance content.
Experience in designing and operating content production pipelines, including LLM prompts and QA gates.

Nice To Haves

Experience in SEO and AEO.
Familiarity with insurance, maintenance, or repair content domains.
Experience managing AI agents and freelance teams.

Responsibilities

Build content that ranks on Google and earns citations in AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) regarding insurance, maintenance, or repairs.
Structure pages to optimize for AI answer engines and extend visibility to new customers.
Track Jerry's presence in search results and AI answers, identifying and closing gaps.
Own Jerry's editorial engine across jerry.ai and external channels, defining content strategy with organic traffic and customer acquisition targets.
Set the content roadmap and advocate for necessary resource allocation.
Design and operate an AI-powered content production system, including brief generation, AI drafting, human editing, quality assurance, and publishing.
Implement quality controls and drift metrics to maintain content quality as volume increases.
Determine the appropriate balance between AI-assisted and human-led content creation.
Set and enforce Jerry's editorial standards for both human writers and AI agents.
Establish infrastructure for content credibility, including named authors, sourced claims, and transparent review processes.
