Seaward Services, Inc seeks experienced Ordinary Seafarers to serve on the deck crew for our new Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV), which will service wind turbines off the New England and Mid-Atlantic coasts. Your primary areas of operation may be the waters in and around the mid-Atlantic states area, where you will transport crew, equipment, and cargo to turbines throughout the wind farm. Under the direction of the Captain and Deck Officer, you will assist with a variety of tasks, including: transfer of personnel to turbines, mooring operations, ship's maintenance, engine rounds, and aiding in navigation of the vessel. Dynamic and variable operating environments will require a certified and focused Ordinary Seaman who will demonstrate sound judgment and exercise caution during all ship evolutions. As a member of the crew, you will prioritize safety above all else and help establish a working environment that reflects this value. Additionally, your commitment to good seamanship, attentiveness, and eagerness to learn will contribute to a productive, safe, and cooperative workplace for all crew. As a deck crew member, you will strive to act in a manner onboard that reflects company values and codes of conduct. Vessels have a 4 week on/off rotation, with rotations possibly varying in length depending on crew levels and need.
