Requirements

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • 3 years experience in an office environment
  • Courteous and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of the geographical areas of Alberta

Responsibilities

  • Schedule window and door installation and service appointments in an efficient manner
  • Communicate with our Techs, located throughout Alberta.
  • Respond to customer calls, voicemails and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts when required
  • Order parts for repair work.
  • Send quotes to customer and then follow up to close the sale.
  • Prepare and maintain various reports
  • Generate job completion paperwork and coordinate any outstanding work
  • Coordinate overnight stays; book hotels and create purchase orders
