About The Position

This role is in support of Cencora's veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, offering animal health services globally. This role supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations activities to enable timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity. It maintains operational records, transaction accuracy, and workflow adherence across transportation, storage, and shipment activities. The role processes routine and moderately complex requirements within established guidelines to reduce disruption and sustain control of materials and vehicles. It addresses recurring operational exceptions and contributes to process enhancements that improve visibility and day-to-day effectiveness. The Orderfiller monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions. They update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control. The role identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures. It coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow. The Orderfiller prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity and escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
  • Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
  • Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
  • Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
  • Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
  • Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
  • Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
  • Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
  • Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
  • Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
