About The Position

As an Order Selector, you will accurately and efficiently select products for customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will ensure items meet order requirements and are in good condition, safely operate warehouse equipment, keep the work area clean and organized, and collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals and customer demands. The role requires adherence to company policies and safety procedures. The schedule is second shift, Monday through Friday. The position offers an hourly wage of $25.50, opportunities for advancement, and ongoing training and development.

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when fulfilling orders.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience operating a stock picker; this is preferred but not required, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
• Confirm picked items are in good condition and meet order requirements for quantity and quality.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and customer demands.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
