About The Position

Gordon Food Service is seeking Order Selectors for their Night Shift Warehouse team at the Distribution Center located at 7770 Kensington Ct, Brighton MI 48116. This role is crucial to the company's success in delivering seamless order processing and delivery. The position involves being on your feet for 10 hours, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in a freezer environment. While no prior experience is required as training is provided, candidates must be 18 years or older, able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime, and possess the ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions. Strong English communication skills are necessary for reading labels, pick lists, scanners, and following instructions. A drug test and background check are required. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
