About The Position

Premier ProduceOne, a leader in food service distribution, is seeking a dedicated full-time Order Selector / Picker / Puller to join our Warehouse team. The ideal candidate must have 2 years of experience. Additionally, this person will have worked with tow-motors, RF scanners, and inventory management tools. An eye for detail and a genuine desire to exceed our customers' needs is important. This position is full-time, scheduled for five days per week during the third shift, starting at 7:00 PM. The typical workday is 8.5 hours, some days shorter and some longer. As part of our hiring process, we conduct drug testing, which includes screening for marijuana. Applicants must be able to pass a drug screening test to be eligible for employment. Translation assistance is not offered. Proficiency in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience
• Worked with tow-motors, RF scanners, and inventory management tools
• Must be 18 years of age
• Experience operating Tow Motors and/or stand-up forklifts required
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 65-pound packages
• Must be able to stand/walk over the course of an 8-hour shift
• Applicants must be able to pass a drug screening test to be eligible for employment
• Proficiency in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies

Responsibilities

• Responsible for picking accurate products and quantities for orders using ring-finger RF scanners.
• Continually lift/push/pull a variety of packages with weights from 10-50 pounds.
• Work is performed on your feet throughout the shift in a refrigerated environment.
• Operate with accountability while having an eye for detail.
