About The Position

KeHE Distributors is hiring warehouse associates at its Aurora, Colorado location. The roles listed are Order Selector and Reach Truck Operator. Order Selectors use an electric pallet jack to case-pick products; the described schedule is four 10-hour shifts per week, Sunday through Friday, starting at 10:30 a.m. and working until finished, with the shift finalized after the employee starts. Reach Truck Operators handle putaway and replenishment and may work AM or PM shifts. Associates must be willing to work in the freezer and cooler. The posted pay range is $22.85–$24.20 per hour. New-hire pay is listed as $22.85, with a growth opportunity after a 60-day probation period to $25.60 plus a team bonus. Cooler and freezer differentials are $1.00 and $2.00, respectively. Benefits begin after 30 days. The position involves warehouse production work, safe handling and selection of products, pallet building, routine housekeeping, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and overnight schedules.
Ability to follow safe warehouse working practices as instructed.
Strong communication skills with internal customers and management.
Ability to work efficiently independently while supporting team success.
Ability to lift, move, and carry 30–40 pounds repetitively, up to approximately 1,000 times per day, and larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently.
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and sit at times in a warehouse environment.
Willingness to work in freezer and cooler areas.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience in food distribution or a warehouse environment.
At least one year of experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or stock pickers.
Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) and other systems to track performance.
