Requirements

Able to work in -5 degrees temperatures for hours at a time.
Able to repeatedly lift customer products weighing up to 50 lbs. each.
Safely manipulate product from overhead and floor level and placing on pallet at floor level and overhead.
Able to repeatedly hand wrap pallets using provided tools moving from floor level to overhead.
Ability to work multiple shifts of 10 hours, sometimes standing for several hours at a time.
Ability to maintain single-task focus and situational awareness.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience preferred but not required
Satisfactorily pass forklift driving training program or demonstrate safe handling of forklift in an on-site test.

Responsibilities

Ensure that customer product orders are picked, stacked, wrapped, tagged and shipped as requested, via truck or rail.
Ensure that the NewCold Safety program is followed.
Operate in a manner where SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT are the highest importance.
Organize and palletize product to build customer orders.
Re-case, order pick, replenish, wrap, and label orders per customers KPI.
Pull, pack, and ship orders consistently and accurately using standup lifts.
Stack pallets or materials in the correct manner, following inventory control instructions.
Demonstrate performance toward operational excellence.
Maintain regular, dependable attendance and a high level of performance.
Wear all NewCold and OSHA mandated personal protective equipment.
Demonstrate knowledge of company safety programs.
Operate Forklift to move customer products.
Inspect Forklifts/ Equipment daily, prior to operation.
Complete all applicable documentation and recordkeeping.
Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Able to work with a team, take direction and follow work rules, as well as take on additional job responsibilities as needed.
