About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Proficiency in reading and writing; ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels.

Requirements

Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Must be willing and able to stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull and reach as required.
Must be willing and able to stand 8-10 hours on hard floors.
Must be willing and able to perform repetitive motions as required.
Must be willing and able to work in a cold, damp environment.
Must be willing and able to work on slippery walking surfaces.
Proficiency in reading and writing.
Team Members must be in current position for 90 days.
Team Members must have no suspensions or more than 3 written warnings within the past year.
Team Members with four (4) or more attendance points at the time of application will be disqualified from consideration.
A Team Member who withdraws their application or declines a position one (1) time will be restricted applying to any additional positions for six (6) months.
