About The Position

At Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, Order Replenishment Merchandisers help ensure the company’s beverage brands are available to customers in their communities. The position focuses on large stores and involves merchandising products, maintaining displays and equipment placements, managing inventory and product rotation, and determining product needs for orders on existing sales routes. Workdays are Tuesday through Saturday, with a 6:00 AM start time and a finish time not specified. The role is based in Fredericksburg, Johnson City, and Blanco. Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, and referral bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
Excellent planning and organization skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous sales or merchandising experience; no work experience is required.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
Place point-of-sale advertising according to company merchandising standards.
Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
Determine product needs and place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
Communicate daily with customers, co-workers, and shoppers; resolve issues and follow up.
