About The Position

Responsible for replenishing and merchandising products at designated large-store and similar accounts. The role may function as an acting supervisor as needed and is expected to motivate and inspire others on the team. The route covers Odessa, Monahans, Kermit, Wink, Wicked, Pyote, and Grandfalls, Texas. Work is Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m. and continuing until completion, with a 40+ hour work week in a combo-store format.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of general work experience.
• At least 1 year in a people-leading role.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds; bend over; reach above head height; and kneel.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record that meets MVR policy guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous sales or merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Designate locations and build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain appropriate product levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts, including shelf allocation and cold equipment.
• Manage back-stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts.
• Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow-up.
• Maintain professional, team-oriented relationships with co-workers, customers, and shoppers.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels, company assets, and point of sale, ensuring accounts meet company merchandising standards.
• Determine stores' product needs and place and transmit appropriate orders in conjunction with existing geographic sales routes.
• Communicate account activities to appropriate parties.
• Maintain merchandising standards while rotating products during each visit to designated accounts.
• Replace and maintain point-of-sale advertising as appropriate for the account.
• Act as a supervisor and motivate and inspire team members as needed.
