About The Position

Novo Building Products is seeking a motivated Order Puller to join their warehouse team in Amherst, NH. Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy materials throughout the shift
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and instructions
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with lumber, millwork, or building products
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Pulling lumber and millwork orders using an RF scanner
• Measuring products in linear feet and verifying quantities
• Labeling and staging completed orders for shipment
• Building safe, organized, and secure pallets for transport
• Operating a Novo tugger after completing required training
• Communicating inventory discrepancies or product concerns to supervisors
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting warehouse operations as needed
