About The Position

The Order Puller position is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to repeatedly lift between 40 and 75 lbs throughout the day. While the job is not difficult to master, safe working and lifting practices are essential. Reliability in attendance and a high school diploma or GED are required. No prior experience in paint or warehousing is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided, making this an ideal entry-level position. In this role, you will be responsible for filling orders using a scanner gun, manually lifting cases or buckets onto pallets, and using a rider jack to deliver pallets to the loading department. Your work will ensure the shipping department runs smoothly, drivers stay on schedule, and stores receive their paint orders promptly.

Requirements

Ability to lift between 40 and 75 lbs repeatedly.
High school diploma or GED.
Reliable attendance.
Ability to wear steel-toed shoes at all times.
Willingness to participate in safety meetings and stretches.
