About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Order Puller to join our team in Chino, CA. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, pulling, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to meet productivity goals while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work extended hours and daily overtime
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pull orders based on pick tickets or RF scanner instructions
- Prepare and stage orders for shipping or delivery
- Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (forklift experience is a plus)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet daily productivity and performance targets
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
