About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Order Puller / Material Handler to join a growing manufacturing facility in North Houston. This position is responsible for accurately pulling raw materials and finished products, cutting wire to customer specifications, operating forklifts safely, and supporting daily warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or industrial warehouse experience and is committed to quality, accuracy, and safety.

Requirements

• Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, and cherry picker forklifts required.
• Experience with order pulling, material handling, or inventory control.
• Ability to read work orders and accurately measure and cut materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, stage, and prepare materials for production and customer orders.
• Measure and cut wire to required lengths according to work orders and specifications.
• Operate sit-down, stand-up, and cherry picker forklifts to transport materials safely throughout the facility.
• Verify material quantities, part numbers, and order accuracy before staging or shipping.
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production areas.
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and production support duties as assigned.
