Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret picking sheets, product codes, and order information.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process modification orders.
- Respond professionally, accurately, and promptly to supply chain orders and requests.
- Maintain and organize order files and related documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy of part numbers, product codes, quantities, and order details.
- Monitor open orders and provide timely updates or responses to customer inquiries and special requests.
- Process and track orders through the manufacturing process.
- Read picking sheets and understand product codes and specifications.
- Identify product finishes and basic product features.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of products, part numbers, and product features.
- Work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Complete assigned tasks with limited supervision.
- Perform administrative and other duties as required.
