About The Position

Order Processors perform routine and sophisticated work related to the in and out processing of test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment, as well as, communicating with customers and performing data entry. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail and understands the importance of receiving service items and shipping product out in the timely manner. The work environment is fast-paced, high-energy and professionally rewarding.

Requirements

• High School Diploma is required
• 1+ years of Shipping/Receiving experience in a manufacturing company
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with Oracle software preferred
• Shipping/Receiving experience preferred
• Proficient in digital literacy such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• All around team-player
• Superior organization skills
• Must have excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Pack and unpack customer equipment
• Process incoming/outgoing service units
• Cross-check the packing slip vs what is delivered for accuracy and processing the shipment using Oracle and or other software.
• Validate the work order before out-processing the shipment
• Updating customers on delivery dates
• Answer customer questions and requests through CRM
• Completes tasks diligently and with minimal direction
• Proficient in digital literacy such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
