About The Position

Join our team as an Order Management Specialist, where you will serve as the crucial link between our customers, sales, and logistics teams. Requirements

  • 2+ years in order fulfillment, logistics, or administrative support.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, MS Office Suite and CRM.
  • Ability to process orders with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • 50+ WPM typing speed.

Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Accurately enter orders (online, phone, email) and manage EDI transactions.
  • Logistics & Shipping: Generate labels via UPS Worldship and FedEx Ship Manager, shipping documents, and coordinate with logistics partners.
  • Customer Support: Manage order acknowledgments, tracking, backorders, and inventory status updates.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain CRM data, customer portals (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa, Taulia), and vendor records.
  • Problem Resolution: Address pricing discrepancies and RMAs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports. Participate in team huddles.
