About The Position
As an Order Processing Specialist, you’ll process material orders and service-related requests, ensuring orders are entered accurately and efficiently so projects have the materials needed to move forward.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with data entry, order processing, or administrative work is preferred.
- Strong computer and technology skills.
- Ability to enter information quickly and accurately.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through.
- Ability to identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Reliable, consistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Process material orders for sold roofing projects.
- Enter order and material information accurately into company systems.
- Review project details to determine the materials needed to complete each job.
- Process material requests for service-related work.
- Verify order information for accuracy before submission.
- Identify missing or incorrect information and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records throughout the ordering process.
