About The Position
The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders and preparing all required shipping documentation to ensure accurate, on-time, and compliant shipments. This role supports high-volume operations and serves as a key link between warehouse, transportation, and customer requirements. NOTE: This role is focused on order processing, documentation, and customer compliance, supporting shipment execution rather than physical material handling.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong coordination across teams
- Ability to perform effectively in high-volume shipping environments
Responsibilities
- Process and prepare customer orders for shipment in internal systems
- Generate shipping documents (Packing Slips, BOLs, ASNs)
- Ensure compliance with customer routing and labeling requirements
- Verify order accuracy (POs, quantities, shipment details)
- Coordinate with warehouse teams and carriers to support on-time pickups
- Communicate and help resolve shipment issues or delays
- High order accuracy with minimal errors
- On-time and compliant shipments
