About The Position

With moderate supervision, follow/adhere to documentation, policies and procedures to perform basic tasks to support Depot Repair client accounts. Requirements

  • Achieved a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Excel, Word)
  • Ability to understand and communicate fluently in English
  • Capable of responding to ever changing client needs in a team environment with a positive attitude
  • Understanding of customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a working knowledge of Depot Repair systems
  • Execute Depot Repair system transactions, including creating Service Requests, Depot Repair Sales Orders, and Return shipping labels
  • Assist with the general organization and filing of associated paperwork
  • Resolve minor customer service issues
  • Provide account status updates to Supervisors and Managers daily
  • Communicate to the client as appropriate through execution of tasks as requested
  • Act as a team member and assist with workflow within Depot Repair
  • Monitor service levels
  • Adhere to all company and department policies, processes and procedures
