About The Position
Uline is hiring a Night Shift Order Picker for its newest warehouse in Plainfield, Connecticut. The role offers pay from $28 to $34 per hour, including a $2 shift differential, and a $5,000 new-hire bonus. It is a full-time position with consistent hours and overtime opportunities. Uline provides hands-on training and access to top-tier facilities, including an on-site fitness center. The Order Picker unloads supplier shipments, replenishes racked products using powered industrial trucks, and prepares and organizes workspaces for the following day. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to frequently move packages weighing 50–70 pounds, and be comfortable operating warehouse equipment at heights of up to 30 feet. Uline is a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, with over 10,000 employees across 15 locations. New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
