About The Position
This entry-level, on-site role picks and prepares customer orders for pickup, delivery, or shipment while supporting inventory accuracy. Work takes place in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable. Prior experience may be helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.

Responsibilities
- Locate and pick ordered merchandise.
- Verify items and prepare orders for handoff.
- Stage completed orders in designated areas.
- Assist customers or delivery partners during onsite pickups when assigned.
