About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Worker/Order Picker in Lebanon, Tennessee. The role involves accurately picking and pulling products for orders, locating warehouse inventory, verifying items and quantities, and preparing orders for shipping or production. The position is on the day shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Training is provided, and overtime is available. The work environment may be cold, and the role involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Warehouse Worker/Order Picker experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to read and follow pick tickets, labels, item numbers, and written instructions.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must follow all safety, quality, and attendance standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pull products accurately according to order sheets, pick tickets, or customer orders.
• Locate products using item numbers, bin locations, labels, or inventory systems.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, descriptions, and condition before staging orders.
• Pack, label, scan, and stage orders for shipping or production as needed.
• Move materials using pallet jacks, carts, order pickers, or other warehouse equipment.
• Replenish stock locations and help keep inventory organized.
• Follow applicable safety, quality, and attendance standards.

• Pay of $18.00 per hour, increasing to $19.00 per hour after 90 days, with bonuses.
