About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Order Picker (Cherry Picker Operator) to join our warehouse operations team in Port Wentworth, Georgia. This is a dedicated equipment operator position where you will play a vital role in keeping our supply chain moving. This is not a manual cart-pushing role; you will be operating heavy machinery daily to retrieve inventory and prepare orders for shipment. Requirements

• At least 12 consecutive months of hands-on experience operating an Order Picker (Cherry Picker). This must be equipment-operating experience, not manual material handling.
• Ability and comfort working at elevated heights, as the equipment regularly reaches up to five levels high.
• Ability to work comfortably in a standard warehouse environment, which is subject to high temperatures and humidity during warmer months.
• Access to reliable, personal transportation is required. Having your own vehicle is highly preferred to ensure consistent, on-time attendance, as relying on carpools or rideshare services can lead to scheduling conflicts.
• Commitment to working overtime hours, early starts (6:00 AM), late finishes (4:30 PM), and weekends when production demands require it.

Nice To Haves

• Active or prior forklift/order picker safety certification.
• Experience using RF scanners and digital inventory management systems.
• Previous experience in high-volume distribution or logistics centers.
