About The Position

The Wynparts Order Picker picks same day orders or projects by accurately identifying and pulling materials and delivers them to the requested destination. This role is with Daifuku, the nation’s leading independent, U.S.-based provider of intelligent material handling systems. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Good computer skills
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to read and write English and use basic math
Good organization skills
Good time management skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Team orientation
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
Standing: Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another

Responsibilities

Picking parts of various size, shape, and weight according to sales orders
Placing parts carefully in kits to avoid damage
Delivering part orders to the requested packaging area
Meeting expectations for number and accuracy of sales orders picked
May be required to use material handling equipment forklift, stand-up forklift, Big Joe; following all safety rules
Maintaining safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Reading and maintaining information in the inventory system, ensuring accurate records
Complying with all requirements of Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures
Ensuring sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction
