Taylor Corporation is looking for an advanced Order Picker to run a turret truck at the Jeffersonville, IN facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of picking customer orders and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Requirements

• Must be able to use a ring scanner, manual equipment and powered material handling equipment (i.e. order picker or lift)
• Must be willing to train on and run a Turret Truck and be comfortable with heights up to 35'
• Must be able to read and count accurately and do simple math
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment where you maintain and enhance department goals
• Effectively communicate and work in a team environment
• Self-motivated and able to multi task
• Certifications required for use of powered equipment
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 50+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
