The warehouse is currently seeking a Order Picker Team Lead. This full-time position is Monday through Friday working approximately 3:00pm - 11:00pm or until all work is complete. (Almost no weekends. There are 3-4 weekends each year where we may require a weekend shift. We will let you know 2 weeks in advance if you will be required to work a weekend.) The Team Lead is responsible for the success, productivity, and quality of supply chain distribution within the warehouse, and ensuring a safe and efficient place to work. The Team Lead's responsibilities include: Shipping Operations (Pickers), and/or Office Operations (e.g., Routers, Analysts, General Office Associates). The Team Lead works with the Operations Manager to develop strategies and objectives toward maximizing productivity. The Team Lead must, solve problems, and lead by engaging both their teams and themselves in the continuous pursuit of progress. Delegation is key by achieving their goals through teamwork and embracing and aligning their respective teams with the Operations Manager’s objectives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of commensurate supply chain experience or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software applications
  • Previous change management experience (driving, influencing and inspiring change through communication
  • Technology background, ability to learn new programs easily; Encompass experience would be a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to be on-call at various times.
  • Able to work most holidays.
