Now Hiring: Loading Crew Member – Schott Distributing | Rochester, MN If you’re someone who likes staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team that keeps things moving, this opportunity is for you! Schott Distributing is looking for a dependable and detail-focused Loading Crew Member to help pick and load our delivery routes- making sure our customers get their beer, seltzer, cider, and other beverages on time and in perfect condition. This is a great fit for night owls who thrive in a fast-paced, physically active job and want to be part of the exciting beverage distribution industry.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a physical and drug screening
- Comfortable working 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday (afternoons into late evening)
- Strong attention to detail- accuracy matters when loading orders!
- Reliable and consistent- our team counts on you to get the job done
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse or labor experience is a plus, but not required- we’ll train you!
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Use handheld scanners and order sheets to accurately pick and stage products
- Build and wrap pallets to match route needs and loading specs
- Load delivery trucks and prep routes for the next day
- Pitch in on general warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Lift and move a high volume of product (20–45 lbs per case)
