About The Position

Our packing team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality preparation of our customers' orders. Equipment experience is preferred but training is available. This team is measured on safety, quality, timeliness, and attendance. As we promote a strong team environment, associates in the Distribution Center will be cross-trained in a multitude of roles including pick/pack, motor freight, receiving, and material services. This team will work between 40 hours on the first shift Monday - Friday 8a - 4:30p. This position starts at $18.34.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Bi-lingual a plus
Experience with scanning technology
Ability to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis
Reliable transportation
Solid work history showing longevity with past employers
Strong problem-solving skills and persistence to deliver results regardless of obstacles
Effective interpersonal and communication skills to allow for collaboration within team and department
A relentless drive for continuous improvement and innovation

Nice To Haves

Equipment experience is preferred but training is available.
Forklift experience preferred, not required.
