About The Position

E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Order of Battle (OOB) All-Source Analyst to support the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI) in Alexandria, Virginia. DRI catalogs and analyzes military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin military capabilities, supporting U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition officials. The analyst will produce assessments of foreign military forces and weapon systems, and record order-of-battle findings in MIDB and MARS. The role requires applying all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats to create strategic-level products. The analyst will serve as a subject-matter authority and deliver comprehensive work, often under pressure. The position is full-time, requires U.S. citizenship and a TS/SCI clearance with CI poly, and involves travel of up to 10%.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience with all-source analysis, or at least 8 years of all-source analysis experience in lieu of a degree.
Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) and Combatant Command environments.
Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS).
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients at tactical through strategic levels.
U.S. citizenship.
Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense clearance at the appropriate level; the posting specifies TS/SCI with CI poly.

Nice To Haves

At least 3 years of order-of-battle analysis experience.
Knowledge of conventional weapons systems.
Experience with OSINT, GEOINT, or other specialized training.
Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.
Knowledge of the INDOPACOM area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Produce analysis on foreign military forces’ order of battle and catalog findings in Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) and Machine-Assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) records.
Apply all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats to produce strategic-level assessments and products on developmental and fielded foreign weapon systems and equipment.
Serve as a topic authority and provide comprehensive production, often under pressure.
