About The Position
The Electrification & Automation (EA) Business Unit located near Raleigh, NC is growing steadily. As the Order Manager, you will manage and process customer sales orders from order placement to delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
- 4+ years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience in manufacturing environment
Nice To Haves
- SAP, SD and PS module
- Salesforce.com experience
Responsibilities
- Confirm factory delivery dates and provide accurate updates to internal customers
- Handle customer inquiries
- Define production sequence based on Customer priorities
- Balancing of production load
- Follow up to internal milestones
- Collaborate with all the factory departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Maintain delivery schedules
- Production order creation in SAP and alignment of delivery and requirement dates.
- Coordinate order changes with all the internal areas
