About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in order management or a related field.
Familiarity with order processing systems such as SAP, Oracle, or CRM platforms.
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
Demonstrated patience, empathy, and professionalism when working with customers.

Nice To Haves

Background in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing environments.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter customer orders into order management systems and validate all order details for completeness and accuracy.
Perform order validation and resolve exceptions, including pricing discrepancies.
Monitor orders and manage credits, cancellations, and purchase order revisions.
Address order-related issues and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, purchase orders, and order confirmations.
Manage customer issues related to returns, exchanges, and order modifications.
Serve as a collaborative team member, delivering high-quality work.
Partner closely with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure seamless order processing and issue resolution.
