About The Position

We are seeking a personable, driven Order Management Specialist who demonstrates strong ownership, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders from entry through completion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in order management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with order processing systems such as SAP, Oracle, or CRM platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and professionalism when working with customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing environments.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter customer orders into order management systems and validate all order details for completeness and accuracy.
  • Perform order validation and resolve exceptions, including pricing discrepancies.
  • Monitor orders and manage credits, cancellations, and purchase order revisions.
  • Address order-related issues and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders, purchase orders, and order confirmations.
  • Manage customer issues related to returns, exchanges, and order modifications.
  • Serve as a collaborative team member, delivering high-quality work.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure seamless order processing and issue resolution.
