About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring timely order processing and customer communication.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a B2B environment.
  • Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in order processing, customer support, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage order entries accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain frequent communication with customers via e-mail and phone calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer support in a B2B environment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems for order management.
  • Work collaboratively within a high-volume, fast-paced setting to ensure customer satisfaction.
